As Christmas time draws closer and the holiday season comes to an end, my heart goes out to my fellow Australians living in NSW, QLD and SA.
This is one of the biggest fires in Australian history. The states of New South Wales and Queensland have been on fire since early November, and have lost 3.1 MILLION HECTARES OF LAND!
Nobody seems to be talking about it, nobody seems to be doing anything about it. HALF OF THE COUNTRY IS ON FIRE!!
I hope that all those affected by the fires receive some help. Many people have been lost, it will be many people’s first Christmas without a special loved one. Whether that be wives, husbands, parents, children, extended family or even pets. Many people have lost houses and valuable possessions.
So please, PLEASE, can those still in fire-affected areas stay safe. I am so sorry for all of your losses, especially around this special time of year.

I was tagged by @xx-kachi-xx to do a “Top 10 Characters of 10 Different Media” challenge thing. So here are like, some of my favourite characters of all time I guess?
I can’t be bothered with picture, so you just get an explanation lol.
10. Zane (Ninjago).
Zane is my favourite ninja, case closed. :) I like his personality, story arc and his elemental powers. Also, just love robots. Robots are cool ,man.
9. Jestro (Nexo Knights)
He’s my favourite character, cased closed. :) I relate to him on a personal level. I just want him to be happy. Also I like villains. Villains are cool, man.
8. Rosa (Brooklyn Nine Nine)
Gosh I love Rosa. She’s so amazing. I loved her since the start, along with Jake and Amy. Her coming out made me feel better about myself, and gave me to confidence to come out myself. :)
7. Toon Link (The Legend of Zelda)
What do I like about this Link more than the others? Nothing, except for the fact that his games were my first Zelda games, so he holds a special place in my heart.
6. Both Pits (Kid Icarus)
Look, I can’t choose between them. On one hand, I love Pit for his goofy personality and energy, on the other hand, I love Dark Pit for his independence and story arc...so yeah...can’t choose.
5.Kirby (Kirby)
Kirby is just so cute and adorable I can’t...he’s just a baby uwu.
4. Lucas (Mother 3)
I love this series, it has so much charm! Lucas’ story is a sad one for sure, but he grows stronger because of it, and I love that.
3. Eleanor (The Good Place)
I love Eleanor, because her growth over the course of the show has been m a s s i v e. She went from being selfish, only caring about herself, to saving all of humanity. She’s amazing.
2. You made me choose, perish. Both Luigi and Rosalina (Super Mario)
Nah, couldn’t choose. Never ever. Love them both. They both have great personalities and their respective games are my favourite Mario Games-no, videogames-of all time. :) [[Mario Galaxy for the switch please, Nintendo!]]
1. Benny (The Lego Movie)
The Lego Movie is hella special to me, and anybody who knows me will know that. Benny and I both love space (and spaceships) so of course he’s the character I naturally love. I love his personality and I love trying to fill in the missing pieces of his backstory with what we already have. This is one of my favourite movies, and Benny will always be one of my favourite characters.

The news is in the early stages, but I think my state (and most of Australia) is going into lockdown, and my school is closing too. School break was a week away, anyway, so they extended the break for an extra week.
I'm very conflicted, see. I think these are the right steps to ensuring safety, but at the same time it's very scary, and I'm not sure what to think. The best things we can do are look after ourselves and do things we love. :)
I think the rest of Australia will follow, I think, I'll have to look into it a bit more...stay safe everyone!
