You and me both ;) This got a little more sappy than fluffy per se but hope you enjoy anyway!

Their first time was gentleness incarnate.  When Sam came inside Cas, it was with a genuine sob, and after he clung to Cas like the angel was his last lifeline and his time was running out.  Cas for his part hung onto Sam just as tightly, despite the sticky aftermath on his chest and between his legs.

Cas carded his hands through Sam's hair and Sam's eyes squeezed tighter, tears leaking from their creases, and his hands scrambling to find purchase on Cas's sweat-slick skin.

They stayed that way for a long time.  Sam rested his head on Cas's chest, and Cas's face buried in Sam's hair.  Cas inhaled deep, calming, steadying breathes, and slowly Sam's breathing evened out as he sunk into much needed sleep.

In the morning, they woke still intwined.

Jody's already chewed through four of her nails and is working on the fifth by the time they're boarding. She's next to an exhausted looking man who's muttering something about the 4th flight of the day. He takes one look at her before speaking.

"Nervous flyer?"

"Rather be arrested honestly. And I'm a sheriff."

"Well then. Cas."

"Jody."

"I'm going to fall asleep. But if you need a hand to squeeze I'll be happy to oblige."

She ends up taking him up on his offer and he falls asleep before they can let go, snoring gently on her shoulder. She flips through her book idly, ignoring the feeling they're about to plunge out of the sky, nudging Cas awake when the meal comes around. He pulls the armrest up after the meal offering his arm. She figures she won't fall asleep, even curled against the side of a near stranger and she's surprised when she wakes up as they're taxing in, Cas' arm still snug around her.

"You're going to have to give me your number. You're the best pillow I've had in years."

Kevin looks up at his partner warily. He can already hear everyone else snickering. It was high school gym and there were an uneven number of guys and girls and Cas was the new kid. Kevin scuffed his toe against the floor of the gym

"Guess it'll be easier if you lead? Since you're taller and all." Kevin said, still desperately avoiding eye contact..

"We could switch, if you'd prefer."

The music started before they could decide and Kevin found himself gripping Cas' shoulder for dear life. Cas hadn't mentioned he could actually dance and Kevin's feet were barely touching the floor. By the time the music stopped and the teacher stopped yelling out commands Kevin was flushed, breathing hard. Cas had pulled him into it, enough Kevin had forgotten everyone else, sinking into blue eyes and toothy grin.

"I apologize. I didn't realize-" Cas started.

"It's okay. It was fun. I just need a sec. You're good."

"Thank you. I've been doing ballroom since I was 7."

That's, that's actually really impressive. You have lunch next?"

"Yes."

"Wanna join me?" Kevin chewed the inside of cheek. Cas had been a  loner so far.

"I don't see why not."

Dean didn't mean to start screaming at the screen. He really didn't. Technically he didn't even start it. The girl in front of him, someone he recognized vaguely from classes, Ava something or another had hissed when Thorin had headed for the guard tower and it was like something had shifted in him as he remembered this didn't happen in the books. They had fed off each other until they were being sheepishly escorted from the theater.

"So uh, buy you some popcorn to  help make up for getting us kicked out?" she said.

"Only if you let me buy you dinner later so we can talk about what they should've done."

"Deal."
