They’re super beat up, but I had always wanted a pair and I finally saved up enough to buy a pair and I did.”

“I mean, I definitely enjoy sex — Who doesn’t?” Frenchie shrugged, “It’s not, like, a number-one priority but it’s a great de-stressor, which is definitely needed after a long night at the club. I like different things that I can get from different people, so, I guess I am promiscuous.”

“Naturally, I could talk about the club for forever — I just love the place.” Her lips curved upward in a smile that actually met her dark eyes, “I like seeing people let loose and just enjoy themselves, and I love all the inner-workings that go on to provide it. I like the thrill of bartending, I love music and watching the melodies consume people while they dance.” She let out a dry laugh, “And I get unlimited booze.”

“Now don’t get me wrong, I totally love a good time and going out — I mean, I work at a fuckin’ club, for Christ’s sake. But I’m lowkey really a homebody; I’d rather take a chill hangout with a blunt in hand over a night out any day.”

“My younger sister, Ruby. She’s an exact replica of me - but perhaps with less sadness in her eyes. She’s intelligent, wanting to go to school to be a doctor. I think she’s still trying, from what I’ve read through her letters. I don’t see her any more, not with this new lifestyle. I write her always to take care of mother. She hasn’t been the same since our father passed. She hasn’t been the same for many years, though I like to pretend it’s from grief. Not because she knew of the horrid things he was a part of.”
