Persona!AU: 3rd-year headcanons
Eli is knocked unconscious.
Sweat drops quicker as the raven-haired girl gulped at the pinch beyond her. The purple-haired girl beside her was calm, but she couldn’t summon her Persona right since—
“The only capable one here is Elicchi,” she recalled what Nozomi said. “I — I just can’t summon mine anymore.”
However, there’s a limit at how far they can escape from a horde of Shadows, as suddenly Dark Hour ensued at the uneven time like that. And it was the first time for Nico to be there, as Eli and Nozomi explained that ‘usually you’re those coffins’ or something that she couldn’t decipher.
In front of them, stood tall in prime condition a Minotaur IV.
“Nicocchi, let’s just run for now—“
“And leaving Eli alone?” she retorted. “I don’t know why but I’ve never seen you this scared, Nozomi.”
The Shadow is about to launch another attack as Nozomi pulled Nico away, and they ran to the other side of the hallway.
“I have to summon mine ... I have to, no matter what it cost.” Nozomi mumbled as she walked to the Minotaur’s back, fetching her own Evoker in the holster with shaky hands.
Again, she hesitated.
“No matter what, don’t summon yours again, okay? I—I don’t want you to suffer because of your own Persona.”
“NOZOMI, WATCH OUT!”
Nico shouted in warning but to no avail, as the fist of Minotaur hit Nozomi and she dropped her Evoker.
The raven-haired girl cursed under her breath, “Damnit! Is there nothing that I can do!?”
That’s right.

Why didn’t she summon one, and protected them, as they always protected her?
It’s a simple process, you only need to run wit all your might and hope, snatched that silver gun from the feet of that damned Shadow, repeated the process, putting the gun on your temple and—
