I finished watching The Nine and I am very disappointed that it got cancelled because there were questions that still needed to be answered. I really wanted to know what happened to Kathryn in the bank and how Eva ended up getting shot and killed. They were trapped in the building for 52 hours and the show only showed us about 12 of those hours. That is going back to my original statement about the show, that they should have started the show by showing the bank robbery and then showing us the aftermath. I did enjoy the show though and I wish it didn't get cancelled because I love the characters and I want to know what happened to them.
So I started watching The Nine, a tv show that aired in 2006 about 9 people held hostage in a bank robbery. Apparently it wasn't all that popular but it has Kim Raver in it so I'm watching it for her. The show had a good idea for a story and it's actually a good show with a good cast. The problem I immediately had with the show is that it takes place after the robbery and the audience doesn't know what happened but the characters keep talking about it. We get flashbacks in episodes but it's still not enough to understand what the characters are talking about. The first episode, or two, should have been the hostage situation and then the rest of the season could have been about the aftermath. At least that's how I think they should have done it. Check it out though
