so i originally planned it as a doan internalized homophobia thing. kind of slow burn acceptance and whatnot. but then i went a little crazy and turned it into a friends to friends with benefits to lovers deal instead! josh is bad at emotions and doesnt realize he Likes kess and just thinks that hes curious about the while liking men thing. i still have some internalized homophobia in there and it is slow burn which i hate myself for because im impatient.

i set it for when they come to buffalo together just before the season and then im trying to pace it with this season and events from it but we'll see if i can hold myself to that or if ill just say fuck it and do whatever 😅 im already lowkey over it oops.

i dont have a set length for this fic but its currently sitting at 13.3k words and im just now getting to the friends with benefits thing so 🙃 this might end up longer than i hoped for lol.

I hate going back and reading my old fics just to think that I did a really good job and then going back to a current WIP and thinking its the worst thing ever.

Super glad I organized my WIPs and set up something to track my word counts. It feels really good and I love seeing my progress.
