Also, Shen & Kennen kek.A random headcanon: Was pretty rebellious as a kid, seeking to escape what he saw as his ‘preordained future’ set up by his father. This absolutely infuriated Zed, who worked constantly to receive the respect of Shen’s father, while Shen, to him, was a spoiled fool who didn’t deserve the talent that he had. After a number of fights with Zed, he began to see how important it was to him, and what he saw as the friendly rivalry between them spurned him on to take it more seriously. But it was ultimately Akali and her awe-inspiring skill and management of both her personal feelings and duty for the Kinkou that inspired him to truly dedicate himself to the order. General Opinion over said character: I REALLY like the possibilities for him and the story-arc around him but uh. Wow in game he sure is bland, and the effective canon history they gave him was purty boring.
