Grasshopper Pie – From Nigella's Kitchen

1 sizable piece of dark chocolate

300 g of chocolate cookies

**(Chocolate creme Oreos are the best US available sub for bourbon biscuits)**

50 g of butter

  put in food processor

put in 25 cm metal tart tin

put in fridge to set

25ml of milk

150 g of mini marshmallows –-> heat these two on low, into crème ]*

60 ml of crème de cacao blanc]*

60 ml of green crème du menthe → whisk together ]*   *Green mixture

375 ml of cream → whip separately

combine cream with green mixture

put into tart tin→ set in fridge

crumble a bourbon biscuit on top
