Finally got 'round to watching Season 1 of The White Lotus. Each of the main characters slips and slides out of his or her illusonary lives during the 6 episodes, but only 1 actually makes it out. The rest slip back into even firmer illusionary structures, one's ambition is totally destroyed, one's moral integrity implodes, and one dies absurdly.
