Hi! Could you write some romantic headcanons for MTMTE Brainstorm, Skids and Nightbeat with bot s/o?

Brainstorm [MTMTE]

- He makes grabby hands all the time whenever he wants you to come closer - Uses the nicknames 'starshine' and 'bomb' on you, entirely made up by him and not at all something you heard anyone else use - 'Our song' as he calls it would be Light & Night by Tally Hall - His favourite date with you would be a picnic he sets up below an encompassing glass observatory - Talking, munching and observing the stars sounds like just his thing, and he know you would love it just as much - He would be the 'propose to you on the Eiffel tower' kind of romantic but not the 'rose petals and candles in the hotel room' variant, more the 'did you know if we drop a coin from up here it'd kill someone' kind

Nightbeat [MTMTE]

- His way of saying 'I love you' is letting you have a say in his mysteries and explorations - Nicknames? Pshhh, he only calls you by your name and sweetspark - Your little love song is Greek Tragedy by The Wombats - You both decided that after a failed attempt at doing it for the first time for karaoke night together - Ideal date with you would be doing one of those fake solve a crime kits with some high grade and locked doors - You get insanely invested and each refuse to stop until its done and solved - If he were to propose to you, it'd be a scavenger hunt he set up just for you, full of puzzles only solvable by in jokes you share

Skids [MTMTE]

- You met after being held for ransom together, and god did you get close during that long lived week - He likes to call you 'Snappy', because despite your predicament on that day you sure ass hell weren't having any of it, not even the chains bounding you - After getting close you chose a cool theme song for your duo, which ended up being My Type by Saint Motel - You both like to try something new every month for your 'big date', it usually involves crazy experiences - You'll never forget your date with Nightmare fuel; the trilogy - You each perform the Conjunx ritual various times, and jokingly decline each time in a battle to see who can make a proposal so grand the other couldn't possibly decline

You crunched your nose, scrutinizing the situation presented before you. Nightbeat was seated, both of his servos clasped together and positioned them on his lips. You were standing on the table (that’s the way of being the only human inside a spaceship full of 20 feet or so of sentient robots). Across the two of you, Tailgate was weeping (though there were no real tears coming out of his optics; his voice was evident enough that he was distressed). An interesting case came tumbling in front of you; so interesting that you weren’t even sure if you should even solve it.

“This is scary!” Tailgate said in a panicked voice. “If Cyclonus found out about this, he’s going to freak out!”

“Did you try searching the area?” Nightbeat queried, putting his servos down on the metal table.

“Yes, I did! What if someone-“ The minibot was interrupted when you spoke suddenly.

“Shut up. I’m trying to think here.” Your arms were crossed, still in your process of thinking.

“What do you make of this, (Y/n)?” Nightbeat asked for your opinion. You’ve been quiet the entire time ever since Tailgate told you of his predicament.

“Give me five minutes,” you mumbled out loudly.

The blue and yellow mech detective of the Lost Light chuckled. “I can’t believe I’m hearing that from you. You usually go for a minute.”

“I knew who did it,” you instantly stated as if you’re trying to prove a point at your partner.

“Who?!” Tailgate was both panicked and excited.

You sternly looked at the light blue and white minibot and announced the shocking revelation. “It’s actually you, Tailgate.”

“What?!” He was overwhelmed. “Why would it be me?! I would never steal Cyclonus’s mug!”

“You probably didn’t steal it, Tailgate. You must’ve misplaced it,” Nightbeat did the honors of explaining the situation.

“D-Did I?”

“After assessing your story, you were holding the mug the whole night without you knowing and probably misplaced it when Swerve commed you to go to the bar. You might not even know that you may have brought the mug to the bar,” you added.

“And some mech may be using Cyclonus’s mug by now.”

Tailgate stood at once. “Oh no! I’m on panic mode right now! Cyclonus will hate me if he finds out about that!” He quickly exited the interrogation room.

There was a brief silence and was broken by Nightbeat saying, “That was incredible, (Y/n).”

He had complimented you as usual. This was one of the reasons why he finds you interesting. You were a better crime solver than he was. The more he studied you, the more he was falling head over heels with your capabilities as a detective.

“It’s what I do, Nightbeat, no matter how absurd the cases are,” you sarcastically responded.

The mech detective laughed. “Let’s make sure that we find an even more challenging case. I hope solving who wrote underneath Ultra Magnus’s desk is a challenge for you.”

You gave him a mocked dissatisfying expression. “Are we really serious about that?”

Nightbeat shrugged his shoulder plates as he stood. You just scoffed along with a snicker. “Even if we don’t look at the ‘crime scene’, I bet it’s Whirl who did it.”

Both of you just guffawed.

A/N: I’m talking about that Cyclonus mug with horns and a curly straw in it. 😂😂😂 I saw that here in Tumblr, but couldn’t find it anymore.
