what's the marriage isekai?

This one was a pleasant surprise for me because it starts out seeming like the most bottom of the barrel wish fulfillment isekai trash. Salaryman protag gets isekai-ed by this Queen Aura who wants him to marry her because one of his great grandparents was a prince from her family who eloped to earth. She even promises him that he'll get to live in luxury and want for nothing if he agrees. But it immediately starts adding nuance. Queen actually has very good reasons to want him as her husband: she's just come out the winner of a bloody civil war and needs to solidify her rule with a husband who fits the bloodline requirements but wont try to seize power from her.
Queen also doesn't force him, she makes the offer then sends him home with a magic item he can use in a month to return to her if he accepts her offer. Protag man is an adult, who while suffering under capitalism like everyone, doesn't have some tragic backstory or the edgy cynicism of most isekai MC's. He takes the time to think it through seriously. He quits his job, gets his affairs in order, sees his family one last time to tell them he's going on a journey, and buys as much solar powered items as he can find to take with him before choosing to get isekai-ed willingly.
At which point this manga really gets me by turning into a story about politics.
Turns out that as much as he is living the nice life now with a hot Queen wife, he cant just chill out in the palace in luxury forever. Turns out there are affairs of state to be dealt with, political deals to be struck, Fancy balls to hold, ambitious generals to be wary of, neighboring country relations to manage, remaining civil war problems to deal with, and somewhere in there they'll need to start having kids too eventually. And while doing all that he's got to be very careful not to be seen as overstepping his bounds or contradicting his Queen wife because the realistically sexist kingdom they live in is uncomfortable with a woman as the ruling monarch and many nobles would love to have him usurp her.
