EXACTLY, SAME. i loved the movie! it came out when i was first getting into marvel and i've watched it multiple times since then!

but don't get me started on how there's only two poc, and one is killed in the most ridiculous way possible considering his power set while the other willingly changes sides and is not shown in a very sympathetic light for her decision (unlike erik and raven when they turned villain)

(or even the fact that they made the black(/latino mixed) guy a taxi driver and the latina girl a stripper when i'm pretty sure neither had those jobs in the comics and that's operating on very racist stereotypes often seen in media)

aren’t they cousins? cause i think Elizabeth the first was Mary queen of scotts cousin and she had her beheaded and elizabeth was the half sister of bloody mary (but im basing this off of novels I read so eeeh)

ah, I’ve been through that too, I made myself believe it wasn’t abuse but then I saw abuse happened to others and I realized what was going on, I’m sorry, I wish I could so something :c <3

i feel so....upset with myself?? ridiculous, even??? because i'm really good at identifying abuse in other people but no matter how aware i was of my own situation (AND I WAS!) i didn't want to call it abuse. and i know that's really common, especially considering how society tends to be really selective what 'counts as abuse'  but. i've spent at least 8 years avoiding it and that makes me feel awful realizing that now.

but after not seeing my mother for a week, feeling unnaturally tired the moment she gets home and then having her wake me up with yelling and threats for something completely inconsequential. i just.....don't know what else to call that.

I DON'T FLIRT IN GENERAL. We were just at a concert and I wanted to switch seats with that guy because my mom and I had separate seats, and if he was alone then he could have my seat and I could sit beside my mom, so I just asked him if he was alone and well.....apparently my tone was very suggestive.
