She raises an eyebrow at the compliment. His reputation has failed to include being flirtatious. All the same, she can respond in kind and likely get information faster. After all, if he wants to die it can’t be bad to help him out.

Her confused look fades and is replaced with a smile, “Well aren’t you sweet? I bet you say that to all the girls,” she jokes, and both know it’s a joke. There aren’t that many girls in the Order for him to flirt with. On missions though, it wouldn’t surprise her if he flirts with women to get information from them.

Getting separated from her team was rather lucky. Nihil had been wanting to have some fun, and Karmir wasn’t inclined to let her have it. Without him, or anyone else on their team, around she was free to do whatever she wanted. 

Stumbling across an injured kid from Haven just seemed to add to her luck. No doubt he’d been hurt by one of the many grimm swarming the kingdom. Now he’d just fall victim to her, but not before she plays with him mentally a bit.

“Are you okay?” She asked, sounding genuinely concerned as she moved to help him. Honestly he didn’t seem too hurt, just tired and his leg was in pretty bad shape. Looks like his team didn’t care to carry him when he was hurt.
