Does anyone remember Miitomo? The app where you’d make Miis who you could dress up and have answer questions? I was going through old pictures and I found all the screenshots I took before the app was discontinued
and in that I found someone I forgot
The Mii I created specifically to be the one I always used to send messages to friends
who also was full of existential despair at all times
This is Messenger, and these are some of their answered questions (some under the cut bc there’s a lot)
Well, hey. The app is gone now, so... I guess Messenger is finally free.

Some Big Existential Thoughts ahead, I'd do a read-more but I'm on mobile
.
.
.
Knowing I'll die and stop experiencing things someday is a pretty big existential terror all its own, but I've been thinking lately about how when I die there are things that are a lot more abstract that will cease to exist, too
Where will the intense love I feel for my friends and family go? Where will all my passion for the books and TV shows that shaped my childhood go? Where will all my elaborately constructed daydream worlds go? Where will the momentum of the talents and skills I've been honing for years go? Where will my wonder and my faith in the depth of human potential go?
A person's death is like the loss of a vast and private library of emotion, experience, and energy; it's the loss of thousands of books that were only readable to the curator.
d'you suppose apathy!roman would ever just watch the bubbles in his sparkling water while he has his daily thoughts of nihilism?
it’s probably the closest he’ll get to a daily routine.
1) wake up. 2) debate going back to sleep. 3) ??? 4) acquire sparkling water. 5) contemplate the meaninglessness of existence and the futility of choices. 6) sip sip. :)
[Tw religion (mention?] I feel like I can't openly present my gender orientation also i have religious trauma which i realized is why I keep writing songs about cults and nihilism, which none of you knew i was doing

What makes you feel helpless?
What are you not afraid of that you wish you could help others learn not to be afraid of?
