She nodded, "already spoke with the Nephilim, he doesn't seem to keen on staying around or talking to anyone" -🦊

Remus blinks, squinting in confusion. "Talked to-? No, that don't make sense... the nephilim I sensed is young, real young... they wouldn't be makin calls like that."

She nodded, "we need more allies, people who can help us, he's too powerful for just the three or four of us" -🦊

Remus nods quietly. "There's a lotta allies around. Janus and Wyatt can help, and I think there's a kid with Fae magic from what I can sense, somewhere round here. I think I caught a whiff of a nephilim somewhere too."

She nodded, "yeah, and faking your death can be hard" -🦊

Remus nods, activating the sigil. The magic in the tube leaps and flashes through the air, sizzling with light. Lian averts their eyes as Remus steps into the middle, almost invisible for a moment.

Then it fades, and he steps out. Grinning and opening his hand.

A golden arrow appears, pointing north.

"We have our headin."

Her eyes narrowed, "better not do anything funny with that, got it?" -🦊

"You're talking to the funny man."

Remus wilts a little at your look. "... yes'm."

Lian smiles, tilting their head as Remus turns to begin drawing a sigil in the dirt. "... so, Remus- where have you lived around here?"

"Just about everywhere. Before the cattle gig my hermano and I took up we were in Joplin a few years." Remus shrugs, sniffing as he squints at the sigil. It's upside down from what you can tell. "Had to fake my death to get some people off my ass. Can't let em know I'm kinda an immortal angel, ya know?"

She thought about it, "you okay with that?" She looked to Lian -🦊

Lian looks down. "... if that's what it takes."

Remus steps over, taking just a couple hairs from Lian's tail. As soon as it enters the vial, the magic inside begins to swirl and churn, fizzing with light and gold.

Remus grins. "Theeeere it is."

"I should be under him the most, he's been hunting me since I was a child" -🦊

Remus glances over. "Uh, no 'ffense. But that ain't personal. That's more business on his end. We need anger, fire, to really get this goin."

Lian blinks, tail twitching. "... like what Cronus did to Father. That's what Remus meant..."

Remus nods quietly. "Got it in one, kid. But I won't touch ya without your momma lettin me."
