I loved that post about the liminality of SR2 you reblogged, it made me think about the mall where you fight the Samedi gang leader, because if you go in the mall it's just so empty. There are huge, vast spaces of nothing vaguely shaped into a mall. Even the stores don't feel like they should be there.
It's definitely one of the only malls in the videogames that I've played that captures that specific feeling of 'a mall that's 30 minutes from closing'. The lights are still over-bright and there are some people and security guards wandering around but it feels weirdly lifeless and empty. No one's really in the stores and several storefronts are already closed. The PA plays tinny music as always but it no longer feels like a soundtrack for shopping. The space just goes on forever and you're not sure if you can even find that one store you want on time before they close that too. And then there's also the huge nearly-empty parking garage next to it as well.
hey! i just saw that you put contrition on your list of IF game recs! what a pleasant surprise to find this morning 💖 i assumed it'd just kind of stayed within my friend circle, but it's fantastic to see other talented people on itch stumbling onto it. thank you for playing, and thank you for the shoutout!
ahhhh you’re welcome!!!! i remember seeing it posted on halloween and i loved it!!! definitely right up my alley hehe. i didn’t know you had a tumblr (despite seeing ur post for contrition back then lol) or a book!!!! i look forward to anything else you have brewing for the future 🤗💕
I think there might?? Be one?? Next season?? Don't quote me on that one, but some of the grizzled older gents are supposed to start making appearances, so... who knows!

this honestly makes a lot of sense, my reaction to things like lotus seed pods has always been nausea
I only faintly respond to trypophobic triggers bc
a) I grew up with actual lotus seed pods in the house frequently investigated and played with
b) my instinctive reaction to seeing something nasty is to stare through my initial aversion response
But still, even then, instead of HEEBEJEEBIES my reaction to say lotus**** is just ‘fucking nasty’. Extremely gross holey surfaces are for sure more of a ‘gag, shake out hands’ rather than ‘panic, flee’.
Um these took forever lol... All my fallout gals in the “vault boy” style!
Also put these on their character pages. Maybe I’ll do more for the rest of my OCs?
(I used this for the bases)

fwiw i may very well be in the same boat as you - i haven’t been notified that any of my posts have been flagged, but i have no way of knowing and i don’t feel like combing through 3500 posts anyway

for the ask meme: linen, corduroy, and hemp!
Already did corduroy, so I’ll do the other two.
Favorite quality about myself: I’m very determined. I get shit done.
Favorite flower: Oh, I have so many. Lilies of various types, peonies, ranunculus, lilacs, corpse flower, orchids, blossoming trees. I can’t pick just one!
