“I owe you an explanation.” Amelia sighed as they took a seat down on the ground. They deserved a well needed break after working non-stop for at least four hours. They had walked around the topic of her confession, or at least, Amelia had been skirting around it. She hated talking about it and the last thing she wanted was for Nemo, her best friend, to think differently about her. “I just don’t even know where to start, Nemo. It’s a lot and...” It was probably during the most difficult times of her life. “It’s hard to own up to it.”
