"It's nice to meet you, Akashi-san." You say as you try to stop your hand from shaking
"The pleasure's all mine." He replies stiffly before turning to look at his son, "Is this the person you were talking about?"
"Yes, father," Akashi says as he holds your hands in his
"Is that so?" Masaomi nods, giving you a one-over before smiling at you, "Shall we head to the dining room?"
"Su-sure!" You say a bit too loudly as Akashi tries to stop himself from laughing while his father merely nods and turns to lead you two towards the food
"Gosh, your father's scary." You mumble only loud enough for Akashi to hear
"You idiot, you didn't tell me your parents are here!" You reprimand your boyfriend before hitting him at the back of his head, "I'm not even properly dressed!"
"You look fine." He says, rubbing the spot you hit, "Why do you always hurt me like this?"
"Like hell, something like that hurts you." You scoff before it once again dawns to you that you were going to meet your boyfriend's parents completely unplanned
"You'll be fine." He shrugs before walking towards the door on his house, "Come on," He motions for his head while you bite your lip in nervousness
"Mom I'm home!" He yells out as he enters the house
"This is ____, the one I'm talking about." He says so ordinarily that you almost had to fight back the urge to punch him
"You're the one dating my son?" His mom gasps, "Why? You're so good looking and you look responsible!"
You couldn't help but laugh along with his parents who were all talking about Kise's childhood shenanigans
"Remember that time he cried because he fell over a puddle of mud?" His mother reminisces with a fond look on her face
"He kept on crying and we all wondered why he was crying so hard, turns out he didn't like that he got dirty!" His father chuckles at the memory
"That definitely sounds like Ryouta." You chuckle as Kise looks over to you with a pout on his lips
"____cchi you're not supposed to agree with them!" He whines
"Don't be like that Ryouta, it was all cute!" His mother hits him lightly
"Yeah, don't worry Ryouta, I think they were adorable." You say honestly

"I'm so glad Shin-chan found such a nice person!" Her mother gushes as she pulls you towards the dining room where your food was already waiting
"This looks amazing!" You compliment her as you sit down on the chair beside Midorima
but it seems like your boyfriend didn't share the same thoughts since after he gave the food a look, he asks his mother one question:
"Shintaro!" You scold him but he just ignores you and waits for his mother's response
"I did! Your father said he was going home late so I decided to take matters into my own hands and cook our food!"
"Don't worry! I followed the recipe in the cookbook!" His mother reassures him while Midorima just sighs before taking out his phone, "I'll call a res-"
"Come on Shintaro, there's nothing bad in trying it, right?" You give your boyfriend a look as he just rolls his eyes and watches you take a bite from his mother's cooking
You chew the food for a few minutes before looking back at your boyfriend with a pained expression
"Yeah, we should order." His mother agrees after she drinks a whole glass of water after eating her cooking
Midorima sighs before picking up his phone and dialing the nearby restaurant's number
"I never knew I was so small." You mumble to yourself as Murasakibara continues to introduce his brothers, sister, and parents. All taller than you for at least a few inches
"It's so nice to meet you!" His sister gushes as she moves closer to you and holds your hands in hers, "You're so cute!"
"Don't touch ____-chin so suddenly!"
"Don't scare off your brother's girlfriend." Murasakibara's mother scolds his sister just as Murasakibara pulls his sister away from you with a pout
"You're a bit protective Sushi." His father laughs before clasping his hand on his son's back, "But I get it! They're quite adorable!"
"Damn, can't believe my little brother got someone to date before me." One of his brothers comments as he scratches his hair
"I can't believe someone actually went out with this baby." His eldest brother laughs before locking Murasakibara in a noogie
You watch them, unable to stop a giggle from coming out from your mouth at the scene
"Dad stop staring." Kagami scowls before wrapping an arm around you, "I didn't bring them just so you could ogle at them!"
"Calm down Taiga, I was just surprised you found someone as good-looking as ____." His father laughs lightheartedly before patting his son's hair, "Take care of them, alright?"
Kagami smiles brightly before holding your hand, "Course I will!" He announces proudly, causing you to raise an eyebrow, it wasn't every day that your boyfriend initiated any PDA but you guess today's a special occasion
"Is that so?" His father laughs again, "Then I leave my son to you, ____." He smiles at you, it was almost similar to Kagami that you couldn't help but return the gesture
"Your son's in good hands, sir." You nod as Kagami scoffs beside you and states he didn't need anybody to look after him
"Don't bother calling me sir! Dad will be fine!" He says in a friendly tone
"Dad!" Kagami groans in embarrassment as you nod

You fumble with your hands that were underneath the table, still unable to keep your nerves at bay even though Himuro already comforted you so many times
"It seems like you make my son happy." His father smiles as he looks at you and Himuro, completely feeling relieved that his son finally found someone who will love him
"We are," Himuro replies, smiling back at his father as he intertwines your hands with his under the table, "____ makes me really happy." He says, now turning to look at you
You almost melt at the sight of Himuro looking at you so softly, sure it wasn't the first time he ever looked at you the way he did but it never makes you feel so special
"Tatsuya does too." You answer, finally looking at his father who was still smiling at you
"Then I'm at ease, especially since my son got such a wonderful partner."
"Why are you the one telling embarrassing stories about me?" You ask Kazunari while his parents laugh at his story about the fiasco you both call your first date
"So they could get to know you better!"
"Through telling them every humiliating thing that ever happened to me?!"
"It's not that bad! I did fall in love with you because of those 'humiliating' things." He winks at you
"Well...partially." He laughs as you hit his arm
"Takao Kazunari!" You scold him as he just laughs harder
You turn to his parents who were watching the two of you with amused looks, "Sorry about your son." You apologize
His father laughs, "I like you." He nods, "Call me dad."
You blink, completely feeling lost
"Welcome to the family." His mother smiles, "Look at that, you finally have another sibling!" His mother coos at Takao's younger sister who cheers
"What?" You turn to Takao in confusion
"That means you have no way of getting away from me." He grins as you roll your eyes at him
"Dad, this is ____, we've been going out for almost a year now." He introduces you to his father who was lying on the hospital bed
"Good afternoon." You say shyly, only meeting his eyes for a few minutes before looking down the white tiles
His father laughs, "No need to be so formal, from what Shuzo tells me you're a very wonderful person."
"Really?" You ask, finally looking up as he laughs again
"Yeah! He won't even shut up about you!"
"Dad, that's enough," Nijimura says, rubbing the back of his neck that was starting to turn red from embarrassment
"That's pretty cute of you, Shuzo." You smile coyly
"Shut up." He mutters as you and his father laughs at Nijimura's sudden shyness
