Obsessed with the concept of the Generation of Miracles being used long after they graduate as a success story by Teiko. Regardless of whatever the members themselves go on to say about the pressure they suffered, other child basketball players continue joining Teiko because the school markets itself as having raised prodigies.
Sanemi sisters are so adorable, I think their names are sumi and teiko

From the Stage KuroBas Memorial Pamphlet. Please don't reupload.
okay but aura reminded me of the existence of this scene and i watched it again...just for funsies...
first of all, can you people stop pulling sei by his collar? you're ruining his uniform. but there's something about someone with such high power and authority being pulled by the collar like he's some troublemaker weakling...and seijuro remaining perfectly calm because 1) he knows haizaki is all bark no bite and 2) sei could take him down everytime he wanted to, to be very honest.
it's the way he doesn't even flinch. "quit the basketball team. it's an order". haizaki and seijuro never clicked well due to haizaki's lack of motivation to practice and how it was taking a toll on the team. he has always frustrated sei to the point of him consulting with nijimura if he really should continue on the team. it's the way seijuro didn't even hesitate to call him out, fearless and plain. he also shows zero signs of resistance but he knows that even in a vulnerable position, he is still very much in control. he cannot be overpowered.
this scene is very precious to me. sei is so brave and uprising.
