I think my fave song ever is definitely Fourth of July(which I’m sure everyone has heard before). No matter what I always always come back to it. Idk how to explain it but the song feels like a hug (not the happy kind) and I love the feeling so much.
I think lately though I’m leaning more onto Yebba’s Heartbreak. I wouldn’t say I’m in a bad place at all I’m quite okay actually but things are the opposite of good. With my birthday coming up soonish I’ve been feeling this uptick of panic attacks and heart palpitations cause it feels like my childhood is over. And I’m realizing that I never really had one. So this song always manages to calm me down when I start feeling like I wanna pull my teeth out. It feels like someone telling me ‘it’s gonna be okay’. It also kind of feels like how I feel. Like the end of an era and I’m not exactly sure how to move forward.
As for favourite artist that is so so hard. I feel like I never like any artists entire discography. I liked Kendrick’s and Tame Impala but I’ve kind of stopped listening to both of their music. But I think if I had to pick one right now, it would probably be Mitski. I love a lot of her songs and the way she sings is amazing so yeah most probably her :)
