Today in my cognitive psychology class we were talking about emotion and cognition interaction and we learned about this dude named Jaak Panksepp who studied rats and their emotions and how their brain works. Rats make a lot of sounds that we as humans can’t pick up with our hearing so he made a machine that can change the sounds they make to pitches we can hear and then he’d tickle them and he learned that rats laugh but we just can’t hear it and I thought that shit was so fucking cute
