The "Shitty City" graffiti. In May Day I had to check out what the most famous graffiti in Oulu looks like these days, and it's pretty slick and legible right now. Nice.
Apparently the latest news is that the building will be torn down and replaced in future, but the city planners specifically demanded that the new building must ensure "the opportunity to make the 'Shitty City' graffiti" by having a suitable wall at the same location. …we have dedicated art lovers over at the city government, it seems. I approve. Protect the local memes.
