I think this was part of my attempt to create an open source alternative to the Windows 95 clouds wallpaper/marketing stuff? Maybe this needs a revisit. Look, please don't use this as a high and mighty open source alternative to Microsoft nonsense yet; I'll have to do a more meticulous scan of the frame and touch it up and maybe then I'll publish it under CC license or something.
