Pork Nilaga

Tag-ulan na naman mga bes, ramdam nyo ba ang lamig ng panahon? Eto ang masarap na pampainit...

Ingredients

1/2 kg pork

1 cabbage

1 pechay Baguio

4 pcs saging na saba

4 pcs potato

6 cups pork stock

3 pcs red onion, sliced

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon black pepper powder

2 tablespoon patis

1 tablespoon Knorr liquid seasoning

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon marjoram

salt to taste

Instructions

Igisa ang sibuyas at pork.

Lagyan ng vinegar at i-simmer for 5 minutes.

Ihalo ang marjoram, black pepper at salt.

Ibuhos ang pork stock at pakuluan ng 30 minutes.

Ihalo ang patis at Knorr liquid seasoning.

Patayin ang apoy at iibabaw ang cabbage at pechay Baguio. Hayaang maluto sa steam ng Pork Nilaga ang gulay para medyo fresh pa din.

And tada! Luto na ang Pork Nilaga. Serve hot. Try it, share and enjoy!

Today I had pork nilaga and corn, it was very good. Tomorrow it's my dog's 10th birthday and I will make lasagna but my cheese didn't arrive on time nor her birthday dress, that was unfortunate.
