I bought a bag of potatoes and I couldn't get tired of it, this is what the Irish are eating??? This is what you guys eat everyday??? You can have my rice i can eat potatoes all day i love it. it's so versatile, chips, fries, mashed, boiled, smashed, layered, omelet, baked, nuggets, spiral, waffle and whatnot. I did almost every method making potatoes and it's SO GOOD it kept my family fed, you don't need much other than salt, pepper and butter, add some oil or some milk, it's not needy with ingredients and they're so cheap online for some reason, I bought them directly from farmers so I guess that's why it's so cheap (this is coming from Philippines idk what it is for other countries). Summary is I have discovered online farmers and my newfound love of potatoes. I also got a free beet idk what to do with it help me.

It's so hot I'm getting literal headaches even if you have 3 fans on you this is unfair this is fucking unfair I hate summer I hate summer I hate summer I will kill the sun god just to end this hell why can't we have winter huh why can't Philippines just have autumn why does it have to be so torturous between heat wave to flood season, why can't we have something normal? I'm so sick of this I'm sick that I have to live in a shithole house that isn't compatible for an air conditioner so we can't even have the dream to use one I'm so sick of this I'm sick of poverty I'm so sick of manila I'm so sick of the government THEY SHOULD DIE THEY SHOULD BE EATEN AND SERVED LIKE LECHON KAWALI THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE ALL GOOD FOR AT THIS POINT all they do is steal and steal and steal and we all drop like flies from their childish feuds of political dynasty, they're not even greed but a glutton, they don't want it all they can never be satisfied, even if the floors are flooded, even if the roofs are blown, even if the waters turn red, when the faces of locals doesn't look like home in siargao, nothing could ever be enough. Fuck "tiis" all I do is "tiis" that's what everyone's life is here, we're all working to death, there is no dream, there is nothing there but to fill their pockets for a new luxury car.

I had food in mind a lot lately cause we're in a tighter budget cause of economic issues, a lot has happened in my country this week. I'm eating literal slop of spices and rice and whatever texture there is to battle the texture that isn't mush. I hope I can win a bag of potatoes in today's bingo night, I want to make mashed potatoes or hash browns, it's gonna make my dad happy. Etsy witches please bring luck to me 🙏

It's a very hard gap to eat again whenever I had good food but I need to get that bag and i need fuel so today I have boiled eggs with salt and 3 cookies. And coffee for filling. Yesterday I had chorizo pizza and pizzeta has been improving, they were very generous in the toppings albeit the crust seems bigger than before but I like the taste of airy salty bread.

Next food i wanna get is isaw, like good isaw, the fried ones, I hate the grilled ones cause it just tastes like chicken intestines in a bad way. i hate the chalky and bitter taste of grilled isaw.

I ate pizza and some mangoes today. I'm literally living the best life, Life is actually sunshine and rainbows. In days of slop of survival, there are days I can eat pizza and mangoes too.

i just bought chizboy and it wasn't very good, it tasted like any easy melt cheese but with no flavor at all, I could've bought real mozzarella with that. 2/10. For it's misleading advertisement. It's so hard to find good cheeses in phillipines.

Today I had pork nilaga and corn, it was very good. Tomorrow it's my dog's 10th birthday and I will make lasagna but my cheese didn't arrive on time nor her birthday dress, that was unfortunate.

I recommend pizzeta if you want a cheap but quality pizza in manila, I don't always order it because Makati is very far from my location and occasionally order it for celebrations but if you're in makati I highly recommend you to give a try to their chicken masala 9.5/10 mostly because of it's price, the toppings are lacking but again it's good for it's price, the pizza is a bit wonky in a rare chance but they've been improving their quality lately. I hope they open a branch in taft.

all I have been downing is coffee and bread lately and occasional food scraps from my cowokers. I want pepperoni pizza. Bread wasn't good, very hard and tough to chew and disgustingly sweet, local packaged bread isn't good. Nothing is good here in manila. I want baguette, I heard it's good.

Today I have eaten 2 boney fish and 1 half eaten chicken adobo and a clump of left over rice and 4 mugs of coffee for filling. Horrible fuel but it kept me alive. I want less slimey food lately. No eggs today.
