Um hello, I hope ur doing ok. Since ur headcanons are open may I request best friend headcanons for Kokomi and Nilou separately, with fem reader?

Best Friend Headcanons

Nilou would be such a great best friend.

The two of you would spend a lot of time at the theater; there's no way you could be her best friend and not be part of it. Even if you just help build sets or support the other performers

If you are not a performer, she always looks for you in the crowds when there are performances.

Nilou loves getting you little gifts; it's her love language.

She is also very affectionate as a friend. She's the type to walk around holding your hand platonically and hug you all the time.

She is a great listener, and you can rely on each other when you're having a rough time.

She would drop just about anything to help you out.

She always knows how to cheer you up when you are in a bad mood. Her positive and happy personality is infectious and rubbed off on you throughout your friendship.

If you don't know how to dance she started teaching you early on in your friendship

Sleepovers are a must, the two of you will sit up talking all night

Kokomi is the friend who always has her shit together, and you know you can rely on

She is a very busy woman, but she somehow always makes time for the two of you to hang out.

Expect to listen to Kokomi talk about different military strategies or just anything related to the military. It's her obsession.

Her favorite thing to do with you is brewing a pot of tea and sitting around and chatting with you.

She loves to spar with you for fun if you are a fighter and wield a weapon.

Late-night walks where you talk about deep and meaningful things are something she really loves. She holds each of those conversations close to her heart.

She is protective of you and never lets anyone say anything bad about you. She will call them out without hesitation.

Being around you gives her a chance to let out more of her fun and relaxed side

She can get quite playful and fun during this time when she doesn't have to worry about how other perceive her.

You both really treasure your friendship, and you would be best friends for life

Sumeru edition!

Info: OOC? Mentions of other characters, writing sucks, sorry if I get some lore wrong with some characters! Fyi, none of this is cannon besides the occasional lore mentions (also I was a bit lazy near the end)

Alhaitham: Alhaitham is surprisingly good at color theory, despite not using it often. How did he learn about it? No one knows

Kandace: Kandace always insists that you should keep your weapons in top shape so they don't stay dirty or break, that being said. Kandace will go out of her way for hours, just polishing/cleaning every single weapon she owns

Collei: Whenever Collei's Eleazar gets out of control, she'll have to use crutches for the time being, of course only if she's slightly stable. If it was any less, then she would immediately be put on bed rest. Collei also decorated it with stickers and bracelets to make her feel a bit better

Cyno: Since Cyno has white hair, one time when Tighnari was getting really fed up with his jokes, he emptied out his shampoo and instead put in black hair dye. For about a couple of weeks, Cyno had a weird black mop on his head that looked like roots

Deyha: On a rare occasion, when someone underestimates Dehya, she'll immediately pretend to be bad at something. When she's finished, she'll point out a flaw she made before going wild and showing off her skills

Dori: Dori used to have extremely bad handwriting, but when she started becoming a more popular merchant. She upped her game and practiced with her handwriting for days until she was proud of the result. She's even dived into calligraphy

Faruzan: Whenever Faruzan has time to herself, she absolutely loves learning about fossils and what animals or creatures used to walk on Tevyat grounds

Kaveh: Kaveh has a very long skincare route and will feel uncomfortable for the rest of the day if he wasn't able to do it in time

Layla: Surprisingly, Layla is secretly really good at ballroom dancing, but not tangoing

Nahida: Nahida has a very soft and unique singing voice, and during the time period when Wanderer was healing, she would use her voice for lullabies to lull him to sleep. Most of the time, she would sing to him when he was asleep, having a nightmare, but it would quickly turn into a dream when he heard Buer's voice

Nilou: Nilou is secretly really good at theater, but since she's put up a more confident persona when dancing, she gets really nervous and shy whenever she has to play pretend since she's not as confident

Tighnari: When Tighnari was growing up, he absolutely loved making fairy houses, and as he grew up, he got better and better at making them! He's even now taught Collei how to make some

Wanderer: Wanderer absolutely sucks at cutting hair, but since he's so used to his usual bowlcut, he's much faster at cutting his own hair

Cyno x Nilou Headcanons

If you guys know me a little well enough is that I am a sucker for these uncommon genshin ships. Last time is was a Liyue pair or Xiao x Yanfei. Now it's the unlikely Sumeru duo of Nilou and Cyno.

Something about the serious guy x the bubbly girl is so sweet to me y'know?

Unbeknownst to Nilou Cyno would actually come by to watch her performances. But's always been from the sidelines.

Whenever the theatre had a show he was always too shy to buy tickets himself. He was scared he'd scare off the troop and accidentally cancel the performance just because he showed up.

He finds himself frequently visiting the bazaar in hopes of finding her there. That is if he manages to get himself some free time after work.

(When they were now on friendly terms) On the very few occasions they meet and actually talk about it, Nilou would give him the ticket personally

(Before when they were practically strangers) At first Nilou was shy about the thought of the great general Mahamatra watching her performance.

Actually she was more than nervous if the theatre received a visit from the general himself. She'd be fearing the worst! (Since performances were basically banned)

But the first time he actually plucked up the courage to actually show up to a performance, he made it absolutely clear that he was here as a civilian and off duty. If the akademiya were to issue an arrest he wouldn't have the right to do so.

(Not like he'd tell them)(besides, if the akademiya found out about the general taking time out of his day to watch a "useless" performance, people wouldn't stop talking)

Even went as far as to show up in civilian clothes.

One of the first few times Cyno had seen Nilou dance up close was not when she was on stage, but rather, by herself. Out in the middle of a forest by a pond.

He was patrolling the area when he heard her humming. Checking it out he saw a young red-haired maiden gracefully dancing to her rhythm.

He was completely enamoured.

"You dance beautifully"

Of course that freaked Nilou out and made her run off the second she heard a foreign voice. She didn't know it was Cyno.

With their different jobs they barely interact with each other. So seeing each other on coincidence is a rare chance.

Idk if you guys noticed but Cyno's special dish is made from the Tahchin cake. The same one Nilou eats in her idle animation.

After finding out that it was Cyno's specialty she was practically begging for him to give her a taste.

Being unable to resist her sweet bubbly energy, next thing he knew he went to the nearest stove and made her his dish.

The other people in zubayr theatre tease Nilou about how "close" she seems to get with Cyno. To which she completely denies and turns red at the thought.

One time Nilou was getting a bit of pre-performance jitters, and Cyno gave her one of his bad jokes to help calm her down.

And...... she laughed. (-before nailing the performance)

Cyno tends to smile the most when watching her.

In a private moment when it's just the both of them under the moonlight, Nilou would teach Cyno how to dance.

He's...... trying.

Relationship Headcanons

Nilou

One of her favorite things to do with you is going for walks outside of Sumeru City. She loves spending time with you in nature.

The first thing she does when she gets on stage to dance is check to make sure you are in the crowd.

Mildly affectionate in public, mostly just hand-holding. But Nilou always kisses you on the cheek as a greeting and a goodbye.

But behind closed doors, she's always hanging off you. She loves to come up behind you and wrap her arms around you, perching her head on your shoulder to see what you are doing.

Lots of cuddling, especially right before bed. Its time alone to talk about your day and what tomorrow holds

Nilou doesn't get overly jealous, but the few times the feeling pops up she becomes much more affectionate than usual.

Her love language is acts of service and spending quality time with you.

She would always encourage your passions and support you when it comes to your work or hobbies

Candace

Candace shows little to no affection towards you in public, finding overt displays of affection to be disrespectful.

This changes immediately, however, if you are in a dangerous situation.

If she fears for your safety in any way, she has you close by, a hand on your lower back, your hand in hers, anything to keep you close.

Anytime your eyes meet, she gives you a playful wink, then pretends like it never happened.

When the two of you are alone, shes almost always touching you in some way.

A hand on your thigh, an arm thrown over your shoulders, even just your arms touching as you sit together.

She secretly loves when you have to ask her for help and rely on her for something, it makes her feel important to you.

Candace is a big flirt and loves making you flustered.

"Are you embarrassed, darling?… Oh? That red tint on your cheek says otherwise"
