Today it's official, Nils Ekman's hockey career is over. In december last year, Nisse had a stroke and has been on recovery but today his doctors announced that he is not allowed to play hockey again.
He is now trying to find a life outside the ice and are thinking about coaching but haven't had the strengths to go trough with the whole education process yet. But next weeked he is going to join Djurgården once again and follow them to Finland as support and watch from the side, and hopefully we will see him on the bench again but as a trainer.
