Okay LISTEN.

I love Audrey Hepburn. Don’t get me wrong. And I love her fashion in the 50’s version of this film HOWEVER! This movie is special to me. It’s so niche and very much underrated because of the time, acting, etc. but Julia Ormond’s performance as Sabrina is just so elegant and beautiful. And this is one of my favorite movies Harrison Ford has been in. It’s a special thing for my family and I’ll never forget it. 🌙

I really love medievalcore inspired sets, so when I saw this beautiful top with the painting of the lady of shalott, I had to go for this nineties/whimsigoth outfit. I wondered what kind of woman she’d be now, if she hadn’t been locked in a tower, but a house of sorts. What books would she read? Would Lancelot be the handsome UPS guy she sees down the street and fantasizes about? What are her dreams about the kind of world she wants to be perceived in?
