Santoro London's Gorjuss X Ruby Red Fashion Friends - Le Beret Doll/ Pocket Full Of Sunshine Doll
Available through FAO Schwartz.
Very interesting design! The clothes look wonderfully made, as usual for Ruby Red Fashion Friends. These two are all vinyl, 15.5” tall. I love how they went with a simple face and omitted a mouth. How artful.

I didn’t get a flat photo of the robe because I was so eager to put it on Molly ^v^
More modeling!^^ I put Kit in Molly’s skating outfit and then realized I have to change her out of it to put on the chicken keeping outfit. But it suits her so well!
I’ve had a year so far that has redefined the meaning of a bad time. So. I think I am entitled to a bit of retail therapy.
There was a Marie Grace for 50$ and I stared at her for a good ten minutes, but decided against purchasing her because she was a bit too TLC. If I look for Marie Grace and Cecile, I’ll put some money aside and get ones with their outfits. Since the outfits run for so much on their own…
I don’t have a Chatty Cathy doll and I don’t plan to, so I passed on the pattern. I do love the way it is written though, and I can use the photo as sewing reference.
I love to see the psychic dolls, but I don’t collect this brand and would not like to start at this time. Same for the Hopscotch dolls. Super cool to see in the wild!!
(Chanting to myself) I don’t need a doll trunk right now. I don’t need a doll trunk rn…
I already have at least one of the characters up on the shelf.
It was so cool to see another Faithful Friends dolls. They really have beautiful face sculpts. I’m just being very thoughtful of adding any more non-AG dolls to my collection due to space. Someday!

im wanting to make diagonal pintucks and all the sources i have looked at so far are sewing the tucks on the bias. Why would you do that? Doesn’t that make it harder? Why not sew them on the grain and then cut the piece on the diagonal, like in quilting?
I did experiments and both 45 degrees and 60 degrees look nice. Elphaba’s pajamas are 60 degrees
Obvs I’m still working on the spacing. Overall, hmmmmm….
