part of an avatar harumi thing i was working on … idk if i’ll ever do the rest of it
Your name is HARUMI. Your goal is to DEFEAT LLOYD GARMADON.
Right now, you are standing in a room with UNAGAMI, your creator.
“I have to defeat Lloyd Garmadon,” you say.
Unagami shakes his head. “You can choose what you want to do.”
“Right!” you say. “I want to defeat Lloyd Garmadon.”
He frowns. “I am going to consult Milton Dyer. Please wait here.” He steps out of the room, leaving you alone.
The room you are in is small. An arcade cabinet flickers behind you. Papers and a tangled mess of electronics are strewn about the floor. A small box television sits in the corner of the room, tuned to a news channel. To the north is the door that Unagami left through.
You look at the papers on the floor. Most of them consist of rectangular diagrams with messy script scrawled onto the sides.
You look at the arcade cabinet. On the side is a picture of a guy in a car. The words above him say Prime Empire. That is the game that you just came out of. The last thing that happened to you before you came out of the game was die, but you think you are all better now.
You check the television. On the news, they are talking about Lloyd Garmadon, your SWORN ENEMY.
You go north. Unagami is talking to Milton Dyer in the hallway. Milton Dyer sees you and waves you over.
“Hello,” you say. “What are you talking about?”
“We were just talking about your goal.”
You nod. “I want to defeat Lloyd Garmadon.”
Milton Dyer adjusts his glasses. They look like they are eating his face. “You should not have goals like that.”
“Hm…” Milton Dyer says. “You’re right. You should try to accomplish your dreams. However, you still cannot hurt innocent people.”
“I wish I hadn’t dropped that philosophy course in college…” he mutters. “Just please don’t hurt people or you might get in trouble.”
“If you hurt people,” Unagami continues, “I will return you to Prime Empire. Please understand.” He flashes a thumbs up at Milton Dyer, who says nothing but smiles nervously.
You don’t get it, but you nod. If you’re in the game, then your chances of defeating Lloyd Garmadon are much smaller.
