Are kai and Nya still close since the fire and water nations don't really interact nor like each other that much, or is the relation of the two nations different in this au?

In this AU, the fire nation is at peace with the other nations (mostly, anyway). 

Let’s just say they lost each other along the way.

Have you ever thought of making a blog or serious fanfiction based on your ninjago mercenary au?( p.s it's my favorite or your au's)

BRUH, As a matter of fact, this blog was ONLY supposed to be for my ninjago aus at first.

At the time, I had 3 aus:

Mercenary Au

Kid Au

Sensei Lloyd AU

.

But i had considered at one point making either a separate page/blog for the mercenary au one because that one has the most effort put into it. At the time, I was super into and very serious about it. 

I suppose I still am, but I lack discipline when it comes to finishing what I started. The fic for the mercenary Au is however, in progress. As well as a few pages in WIP and some chapter covers and art for the Au in general. It has a lot of shit as WIP. May or may not happen but there may be sort of a soundtrack and some animations for it.

Animations are likely to come first, but no promises.

The only reason I have not done any of which u listed above is because I don’t have enough done to go that step. I have not so much as a character design sheet, a comic page/chapter, or one-shot completed for it at all! Nothing much formally done for it in fact other than a few doodles and WIPs out there.

BUt in the mean time, i’m happy to tell you about it/ answer questions you may have about the aus in general! Thanks for asking! :)
