The FU Adventures
While enjoying my wonderful car ride today, I hear a big "BADUNK A DUNK" in the rear end of the old Nissan. Knowing that I don't have anything huge in my trunk, I thought that something may have snapped. When the boyfriend (<3) checked it out, apparently my sway bar DID snap.
Righty oh. After my last accident, I know I can't really dish money into this car like I am, so I'm getting a bit frustrated. I was supposed to:
a) Pick up my sister from BK tomorrow, and her and a friend was going to hang out. Kind of a celebration.
b) Go to WCC to pick up official transcripts.
c) Go back to FU next week.
I can't:
1) Go on a highway.
2) Drive more than 40mph.
3) Depend on car, because it sounds like my shell is going to slide off the chassis.
Also, I can already see all my savings going into mostly one semester of the school. (Deep breath.)
It's not a setback, I'm just trying to map out my best plans right now. It is a little tough though, because just when I succeed in one thing something bites me in the ass. And looking for scholarships is now a must, and I've been really getting into all of them.
Seriously, I want to get a new car and set up a new loan, but what's crazy is that my horoscope of the month is ringing in my ear. "DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST!" Wth? I've turned crazy, I really have.
