I drew my car as a dragon. He’d be a sonic/sound dragon because he’s short and squat and all I play is loud aggressive music.

Lookit this cute thing who came home with me! Great timing: All-wheel-drive, just in time for the Snowpocalypse.

It's a 2011 Nissan Juke, a sporty little baby "CUV" (crossover utility vehicle - basically a teeny hatchback wagon). Turbocharged and direct-injected raciness that still gets 32mpg using this continuously variable transmission, fun controls and readouts inside, even a sunroof. And I got it super cheap at a small-town dealer.

This replaces the sad Subaru who's not long for this world - not quite as much cargo capacity, but 150x more fun to drive, runs smooth at high speed, and is more efficient, to boot.

We've been wanting one since they came out - we call it our Mars Rover for its alien design - but I guess it took until the Crossfire was out of commission for months, the Subaru lost reliability, and nothing else was suitable for winter and highway driving.
