So Nuis is doing well with nyxus and nacht and the rescues. And he even flew over to the farm for a preening session so gets along there. Has he met perce’s emperor and how has that gone?

So. We’ve seen that rushal fears neither god nor man and will even make a go at sang even if he can’t escape the consequences after (did you ever manage to find all the ‘fuck you’ buttons?). I fear to ask how alastor ‘poke the bear’ rushal is managing nius’ inclusion into the household. Or maybe how nius is coping with rushal more accurately

Well the thing is Nius is a lot bigger than Rushal and can simply pin him when he gets too annoyed at his behaviour.

One of the husbandry posts about Nius says something about the chaos sanguinius being the reason Cary started rehabing marines. Does that mean that pre him lovebirding Cary and the old bird got along really well? Are there silly old pictures from Cary's childhood of them with grandpa's bird?

For husbandry, more Nius? Pwease? You can pick between what did nius look like as a kit, more of Nius and younger Cary getting along because that melted my heart and I will never be recovering, or maybe an explanation of what exactly a lovebirding primarch entails because im not entirely sure where to even begin to try picturing that.

As for lovebirding, behaviours to look out for are inappropriate proximity, obsessive self grooming when the lovebird-ed is present, flared feathers (Sanguinius/Astartes or primarchs with feathers specifically), mating dances, excessive grooming of the lovebird-ed, nest building, resource hoarding and obsessive behaviour which may all may lead to attempts at inappropriate intimacy.

Many of these behaviours (disregarding inappropriate intimacy and obsessive self grooming) can also be displayed for more platonic pack-bonding behaviours, but the obsessive behaviours should be challenged and corrected as soon as they appear.
