hello friends!! we know we’ve been slow on the main lately— all of the admins have been super busy in their personal lives— but we of course love being with you all on the dash at all of our own leisure. we hope you guys have been having a good autumn so far!!
while we haven’t had time to plan a full scale event, we just wanted to hop on the main to let y’all know nemean lion is definitely throwing their annual halloween party in the lounge this weekend, so feel free to enjoy any fun halloween threads and costume ideas, we’d love to see it!
additionally, we’ll now be adding a new section in the discord server to allow you guys to rp events together ic! we are currently setting it up, but you’ll soon find a new section titled “events”, and channels labeled “tupper setup” where you can find instructions on how to create character profiles, and a channel labeled “halloween 2k22″ for this year’s halloween party in the lounge. this isn’t mandatory of course, just a fun new feature we’re trying out to allow you guys an additional space to roleplay group outings where hopefully it’s a little easier!
we hope in the next month we’ll have more time to organize a bigger event and continue on in our plot. in the meantime, we’re happy as always to vibe with y’all and your characters on the dash like usual!! happy halloween!!
hello dear friends, we hope everyone has been enjoying a relaxing summer!! we’ve also enjoyed our laid back months and appreciate everyone still around who allows us to have such a lovely space to roleplay here! that being said, as we start to head into fall, we will be gearing up for some lore and plot drops and checking activity again!
- this friday (8/19) we will be dropping a new page to add to this world’s lore that will prep the rp for the next arc, so keep your eyes peeled for that...
- next sunday (8/21) we’ll be posting a vibe/activity check, so make sure you have two posts up by then

hello, all, we know this plot drop is a bit of a doozy, so we’ve gathered all the ooc information you’ll need to proceed on the dash. thank you for taking the time to read through the plot drop, and if you haven’t yet, this is going to be really confusing for you.
now that the drop has been posted, and everyone can read what happens in the main plot during the original timeline and the three subsequent loops, you are all free to write threads taking place in any loop!
things to keep in mind:
in the original timeline, the events in the woods take place at almost 10pm, well into the night and several hours into the party
you can absolutely still continue threads that take place in the original timeline
you may also discuss with your thread partners and decide any current threads now take place in another loop
Loop 1 sets back the day 12 hours, to the morning of the masquerade
during Loop 1, changes start to happen, but its up to you how big or small the changes your characters experience are
during Loop 1, characters can feel deja vu, but should not be able to become aware they’re in a time loop yet
Loop 2 sets back the day 2 hours, already in the middle of the masquerade party
during Loop 2, things really start to go to shit, and it ends with the ballroom under attack; feel free to go crazy, chaos and destruction
any time during Loop 2 your characters may start to become aware that they’re going through a time loop, and even remember the previous timelines if you so choose
keep in mind, even if they become aware and remember, they would still have no real way of knowing what’s going on in the woods at the same time, so make sure not to interfere with the main plot’s timelines
Loop 3 sets back the day 20 minutes, right at the end of the party
during Loop 3, we essentially return to the original timeline, and time will continue to move forward from here on out
however, we are still technically within the timeframe of the event, so please don’t make any threads take place after the party/back at campus yet
by the end of all the timelines (the end of Loop 3 and the party), you may decide if your characters remember all the loops, and to what degree— ranging from full recollection of it all, to partial recollection, maybe even getting things confused or jumbled or omitting some moments/loops from their memories
we understand this is A Lot of information, so please feel free to reach out and ask questions, either on the main or in the server, and we’re happy to do our best to explain and get on the same page!
we want to give you all time to explore all the possibilities you want during this crazy plot drop, so the time loop event will start now and go on until april 23rd at 11:59pm PST. keep in mind we will not extend the event after this date, and we’ll be starting weekly vibe checks again this week.

attention all, the Masquerade Ball event is now ‘over’! you are of course welcome to continue current threads, but we ask that you please refrain from starting any new threads until the upcoming plot drop has been posted.

hello, we hope you all had a good holiday season! we’re officially back from our activity check hiatus as of yesterday! this is an update post on reminders and some changes we’re implementing, so please read this over carefully since it’s quite a bit of information!
first and foremost, anyone that received an interest check from the main in december and didn’t respond will be posted in an unfollow later today.
we changed the way our activity checks work a while back, but now it’s officially updated on our guidelines page, which you can find here!
the change is essentially that 6 days of inactivity will continue to put you on the vibe check, but after another week of inactivity without messaging us for a hiatus or extension, then you will be put on the unfollow. as a reminder, the rules for our activity remain the same ( at least 2 posts by at least 1 character ).
our first vibe check will be on jan. 10th! ( monday instead of sunday this once )
in regards to the snow mini-event, we will have it end on jan. 10th. after that, please refrain from posting more starters for the mini-event, but feel free to continue your threads!
in-character bi-weekly announcements will be posted on sundays, every other week. keep an eye out for the first one on jan. 9th!
thank you all so much for sticking by us and for making our first year with nemean lion and all of you such a great one. we hope to keep having fun with all of you and your characters and make this year just as exciting!
hi everyone ! as you all know the end of the year brings even more holidays as well as end of school finals so it’ll be very busy for the majority of us . the last thing we want is for you all to stressed out by us too so we’ll be putting our activity checks on hold until the first week of january ! during this time we’ll also be messaging muns who haven’t been active for a month or more to see if they’re still interested in staying with us . those who don’t reply to our im by the time our break is over will be placed on our following activity check to be unfollowed .
we’ll be back on january 3rd with our first activity check of the month being on january 10th ! to be clear , we’re not closing for the month, and everyone is free to continue roleplaying in canon time as usual, we just wanted to take away any pressure during the holidays !

hello, loves!! firstly, we are SO excited to have all of you bringing our rp to life, and seeing all of your wonderful characters interact on the dash. you don't know what it means to us admins to see you all give our world some love!
with that, we are also very happy to tease our first-ever event of the rp. as spring starts to bloom, NL will be hosting a cherry blossom festival in honor of the goddess persephone!! more details will come with the official announcement of the event this weekend, but please click the read more to see what to expect AND to help us out with member volunteers!
without giving away all the surprises, we'll let you know that NL's patio and garden will be decked out to the nines with cherry blossom overload. the day is themed around the flower but will also be with the added fun of festival activities spread out around the area! here's where you come in...
in addition to stores from the rec contributing booths and activities, we’d also love to get you guys involved by asking for member volunteers for the various stations and stalls! below, you’ll see a list of activities that could use volunteers from your characters:
arrow shooting— set up members with a bow and arrow to hit balloons
strength test— hand them a hammer to slam onto a target to prove their strength!
fishing— flower petals charmed to look like fish swimming in a pond uwu
three-legged race— you probably get to watch a lot of people fall on their butts
ring-toss— self-explanatory, i think!
water guns— spraying the target til their beam reaches the top
team obstacle course— you get to throw things at your fellow members, fun!
water dunk tank— oh no, will your character look super hot when dunked in the tank?
make-your-own-bouquet or flower crowns— help with assembling pretty flowers!
petting zoo— make sure no one is stealing cute animals, please
arts and crafts table— set up various arts supplies!
there will also be prizes to be won from these activities, so if your character would like to contribute blossom-themed, hand-made prizes, NL will happily pay for their wares!
!! so, please let us know by saturday, march 13th at 11:00pm cst, which of your characters would like to volunteer for which activities or if they’d like to sell some items for prizes! additionally, if you can think of any other fun booths you might want have to have your characters work, let us know too! and don’t worry about characters doubling up on stations, it’s not a problem at all. we’re super excited to include y’all in the process, and send any questions you have our way!
