I tend to do gender neutral, using a 2nd perspective. I don't specify the genitalia either, if I do, it's specified. If someone has a preference, no problem with me.

Personally not a fan of strap stuff often, so you won't find it that much. Just straight up amab is what I'll do. But other than that, I don't think I have a strong preference.
