hello claire!! i just wanted to tell you that i just finished reading No Bravery in like 2 days and never i have i been soooo stunned with the way a dunkirk fanfic has been written. your attention to detail and historic events is sooo beautiful. not always i expect fanfiction to be historically accurate cause it’s fiction but it’s soooo incredible when you get into a story expecting to just have a good time with these characters and their romantic life and ends up reading something so incredibly thoughtful and well written. i definitely didn’t expect how attached i grew to these characters and the historical events in two days lol thank you so much for such an incredible story and congratulations on such a talent, no piece of fanfiction touched me like that in a long time 🥲❤️‍🩹

“no bravery” is my baby, truly my baby, I’ve spent countless nights crossing and double-checking historical things to make them coincide with the fictional retelling I had in mind and I’m really glad someone paid attention to it and learned a little piece of a really dark period in time 🥹 you’ve got noooooo idea how happy it makes me!
