#no chew

This fish skin was the advent for the day, meaning it was supposed to be a quick snack to enjoy then move on to their stockings

But you see the fish skin is actually requiring chewing effort so chewing is simply not possible, it is inedible, she does not have the jaw capacity for her little princess mouth to chew (she does). So we are at a stalemate with Yoshi just sat here holding the food in her mouth waiting for her to make a decision before we can move on

We just bought Bitter Apple no-chew spray, but it doesn't really seem to affect my dog. He genuinely seems to like the smell? Are there any other products we could use that would discourage furniture chewing?

There are other flavors of that spray (such as Bitter Cherry) but there are also a variety of brands of no-chew sprays. Depending on your furniture, you can mix a solid amount of cayenne pepper with vaseline and spread that on whatever you don’t want chewed.
