if there is no active chapter of a sorority at my school because they all graduated, but the old presidents info is still on the schools website, is it cool to reach out to her like email her?

You could. Just say you found her contact information online and was wondering if you know who she could direct you to so that you can learn more about the organization. 

Keep in mind, if she’s graduated and it’s her school email, you may not get a quick reply or one at all. Check all national & regional websites to see if there’s more contact information.
