According to this lovely spreadsheet that I'll try to link to when I'm not on my phone, it's 3170 miles from Castle Black to Storm's End or 3690 miles, by sea, from East Watch to Storm's End.
While the distance from East Watch is further, travel by ship should be much faster than travel by horse.
Absolute fastest conditions by horse, changing horses every 10-12 miles (and finding horses in prime condition at each stop) is 100 miles a day. But really, it's going to be more like 30 miles a day. Maybe as little as 16.
Meanwhile, a double masted galley should be able to make it 240(ish) miles a day.
What's my point you ask? I'm going to tell you!
This means that when Queen Sansa's raven reaches Jon at Hardhome to tell him that his little sister is PREGNANT at Storm's End, it shouldn't take Jon longer than 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get there.
Now, someone write a Forgie Fic where Jon, who KNOWS one thing, that Arya never wanted to marry a Lord, shows up, punches Gendry in the face and grabs his heavily pregnant sister by the arm so he can "rescue" her from this situation she's obviously been coerced into. I wanted to see Arya trying to convince Jon that she does want this and no one made her. I want to see Jon pull Longclaw and threaten to make sure Gendry never gets anyone else's little sister pregnant, despite the fact that they're surrounded by armed Baratheon men. Then, once it's all seemingly resolved, I want to see Jon punch Gendry in the face again because Arya's still his little sister and friends keep their hands OFF YOUR BABY SISTER.
