Pep rally today
So instead of having a normal study hall period we had a pep rally today in which we introduced out baseball/ softball players and then had a race between our mascot which is a Sasquatch, a lightning bolt, a guy in a sombrero and a strip of bacon. While they were racing the lightning bolt fell and just kinda laid there on the floor. The other three continued (Sasquatch won) and looked back to see the lightning bolt on the ground. And our mascot ran over to help him up and she walked with him to the finish line and it was the most inspirational thing I've seen.
