Use lotion and spread it all over your body. Do this slowly and with a steady rhythm. This will relax your mind.

You've had quite the busy day, and you just need to spew all of your emotions out onto the floor. Wether this be through meditation and Zen thoughts, a journal, blog, or by talking to someone, it is always good to tell someone about how your day has went. Try to reflect about:
1. What you've done well
2. What you didn't do well
3. What could've been better
4. Your favorite part of the day
5. And your plans for tomorrow

Studies show that looking at a screen before bed makes it harder for you to go to sleep. About sixty-thirty minutes before bed, put your electronics away. Replace them with a book, or do a creative activity. Drawing, writing, or playing an instrument are good activities to ease the mind. If time is short, you could use your self reflection time to cut off and go to sleep immediately after. The choice is yours!
