Why are all the people on here teens, and why are they all in such extremely dire straits? I joined rotomblr because I was told it was fantastic for photography and creative expression, and now whenever I log on I see another kid talking about their death.

i dunno, maybe it's because i'm hot off the heels of 5 different battles from some little idiots intentionally blocking off the path from virbank to pokéstar studios until someone could beat them and it still pisses me off that they were waving around their pokémon like they were just the Things That Enabled Them To Do That. i missed a really important meeting as a result of that.
could have paid rent with what i didn't make because of that.
🔄 The most lost you’ve ever felt
About 10 years back, in the Pinwheel Forest, I still had no mons, no means to travel, didn't have an apartment to my name, and had no means to turn this hobby that's only technically tangential to Pokémon into something worthwhile. I couldn't go much of anywhere, do much of anything... small town woes, and no idea where to take them.

For personal pride, I don't really experience it in the same way other people do. Maybe knowing the awareness around Silph Co. and malware is spreading, and safety is gonna spread? That's the biggest genuinely positive impact I've had.
For regional pride, when Ghetsis tried to crawl his way back and we kicked his ass to the curb. That's what he gets!
