Honestly I read the fic but now I don't remember the name of it. It was an soulmark/soulmates au and katsuki and deku are soulmates but katsuki don't know that and hated the idea of having one. Deku's "quirk" allowed him to see strings attached the person with the other person, basically he can see soulmates and who is whose soulmates. Katsuki knows Deku's quirk. Up to the point where they got into UA, Katsuki fell in love with Kiri and thinks he is his soulmate, and asks Deku if he was. 1/2
At some point, Deku uses shears to cut his strings with Katsuki and screamed in pain because of it. Everyone heard it and was worried about Deku, he lies that he was having a nightmare. Katsuki was worried but Kiri could see that Katsuki cares about Deku more than him. Deku lies to Katsuki that Kiri is his soulmate and attached the string with Kiri during an exercise, and that’s… basically all i could remembered. 2/2
