Firstly, shout out to DJ Semtex for putting me onto this. I don’t know him personally, but he posted up this video yesterday and when i read the word ‘Manchester’. I had to check it out straight away.

If you know anything about this blog. You will know i have been posting a lot of music coming out of Manchester since the very first day i started blogging. It’s not intentionally done, but every time i hear something new coming out of Manchester. It just seems to be the dopest.

I love the rim shot groove and Double/Cello bass line. All the rappers are dope and the vibe in general of this song is just sick. I love how the video’s shot as well. This whole package has such a classic vibe about it. They remind me of a northern version of Age Of L.U.N.A. If you don’t know who they are then check out the link.

Alex-iS gives us his first single, ‘Brainstorming’, taken from his forthcoming album titled Unequivocal. This song, along with the rest of the album is produced by the Lost Alliance boys, and will be released soon (Date TBA).

I’m really feeling this one. I love Alex-iS’s flow and delivery, and his tone is dope! The beat is fire, the drums are nice and weighty and the sample flip is crazy.
