Okay anon. I know I am answering this after literally eons but that is because I have been brainstorming the perfect partner for Sienna. Because our fellow dolphin deserves nothing but the best.
Now I have finally come up with her suitable love interest. May I present to you Mr. Noah Castillo, a lawyer and a hottie. 🔥

Noah had married his highschool sweetheart Susan and they were expecting twins. Due to complications during birth Susan passed away leaving behind a greiving Noah and two twin boys Ian and Ryan.
Since the twins were preterm they were kept in the NICU for several months and admitted under Dr. Sienna Trinh. Noah was heartbroken and unsure, what he thought was going to be the biggest day of his life had turned into a complete nightmare. That's when he found solace in Sienna.
The babies had some medical complications (I haven't quite decided what because that requires extensive research and I was just excited to share this with the world. Also on a side note, the angst monster in me wants to kill off one of the twin *evil laughter* but idk I haven't decided yet, so you can try and change my mind.) and Sienna have been treating them for years.
Over the years her friendship with Noah blossomed slowly turning into something more. They mainly bonded over loosing their loved ones and coping with the reality of the situation. Their story is sweet, unsure and emotional.
They were both doubtful of their feelings and constantly worried about if it was too soon to move on. Especially Noah. He felt his only aim in the world was to give his twins the life his wife always wanted to give them and as a single father he didn't really have time for dating. But what he didn't know was how emotionally attached Sienna was to the twins. And how at any given moment at any given chance she'll always put them first as would he.
