the little implication of how noa's powers work was the funniest part of the last estalucia arc update. no he absolutely cannot pilot the grandcypher he didn't go to school or get a license for that. yes he will "navigate" the ship by picking it up and moving it with his powers. it's like not being licensed to drive but it not mattering because you're picking the car up and moving it with your mind instead
