Dark Spots ⚠️ Clean demo can quickly take a bad turn if an unforeseen circumstance presents itself. What started as a simple floor removal became a remediation project. The Doctor at this practice was concerned about the dark patches and odour which began to appear randomly. After investigating the flooring it was confirmed that the slab had a high moisture content. Not a good thing for the floors.
