How much do you love Matsukawa Issei?

I didn’t... actually expect someone to 1. Read my shit ass tags, 2. Actually ask.

But BOI I am READY Ready to scream about my man, my love, the light of my life Matsukawa Issei. How much do I love him? Too much, probably.. but I can give you a list of what I like... ya know.. as a bonus, not because I have been spending days looking at this ask and thinking about it.

1. Pressure and Intensity. He’s noted for being able to put immense pressure on opponents to manipulate their trajectory. 2. Despite his intensity, he’s otherwise very friendly and chill. 3. Perceptive and Strategic. He steps back, watches, analyzes, always comes back with something to work with. There is nothing more attractive than intelligence and problem solving skills lmao4. Aesthetic. I love characters who look interesting. Generic or typically pretty types don’t tend to keep my interest for very long. I like people who are interesting to look at. 5. His voice. Ya heard it? Not the French dub. That’s just the bane of my existence but the original Japanese. Excellent. A++ Good Shit. 6. His current concern. He is worried his uniform doesn’t suit him well.. how very relatable. 7. The prominent cupid’s bow/upper lip. As someone else with a prominent upper lip, I appreciate the representation lmao 8. This aspect changes with everyone who writes/draws him, but I enjoy his temperament quite a bit. Calm, but not immune to anger, mildly stoic, etc etc 9. Eyebrows. Eyebrows? Eyebrows. Sharp eyes and heavy brow and heavy lids? Sign me up~ 10. He tucks his head into his shirt when he cries?? I have never seen anyone do that before but somehow that is just.. so endearing.. like.. does he not want anyone to see him cry? Is he trying to be polite? Is he just trying to wipe his face? Who knows~

Hi, I don't even know if you answer asks so this might be weird. I'm also a nursing student and I kinda just failed my first pathophys exam. I study two hours a day for this class, read the book, the powerpoints, and the my notes at least once a day. Any encouraging words or advice from a nursing student who looks to have it more together than I do?

Hey! Sorry for the delay on the answer - you know as well as I do how busy life is >.<

Pathophysiology is an extremely difficult class, so #1 don’t feel bad for struggling with it. Everyone has at least one class throughout their school years (if not more) that causes them a fair amount of grief. There is no shame in it.

The key thing to remember about pathophys or any other nursing class is the focus is more on critical thinking rather than straight memorization.

The best tips I have for studying that class would be:

Work with the information you’re reading. Annotate the sides of the pages, add sticky notes with your own information or with questions to quiz yourself later.

Create a quizlet with the simple key terms to review on the go.

Get a few friends together and teach each other the concepts.

Re-write your notes after class (they don’t have to be fancy) just to solidify the information again.

Just don’t get discouraged and keep working at it!
