As I gear up to embark on another journey. (This time to Rijeka for the @ietmnetwork meeting courtesy of @britishcouncil thank you 🖤 *(Personal Post Alert)* I dive into my heart and feel a very familiar feeling of missing/longing but this time the source isn't the family I have in Jamaica or America. It's my family right here in England. My little tribe I've been blessed with. We've been playing out a reality which I must admit I haven't been absolutely aware of and haven't been giving 💯 of my attention to because I've been on an ego trip. (I'll post about that another time) Reality -Father hunts undeniably, Mother nurture unconditionally and for infinity. Cause when Papa is away Mama stay and nurture, when Papa is home Mama still nurture with moments where Papa nurture so Mama can rest- Saara in my eyes is a super mother. She's got a lot of support outside herself however naturally that can only go so far because we all have our lives. #nobodysfault This experience is showing me so much and it's sad that for me it's not until Saara actually said to me "yo it's crazy over here, I feel like I'm doing so much," that it actually registers to me that sometimes she's doing double the nurturing and care when I'm not around. In my upbringing my mother did a lot and I saw the blood sweat and tears of it but it became normal so went without saying and no matter how many thanks I give mum never received she'd say it's my job. Now to witness another version I was completely blind of the unique struggle. Differ they may be yet still a struggle. (Weird would of thought I'd know from my experience right?!?!) Now I see!! I just want to say thanks to my beloved in her motherly form. Thank you @saara.luna. You're teaching me so much and really are a partner in every sense. In this journey of be asked for the truth to be shown to me, the 360 degrees of truth. Through our conversations it always is revealed sometimes it's hard to swallow but we both come to terms and learn.
